Well, You already aware of that situation like that, then why don't you do something by yourself to organize a coalition or form a new organziation that would educate them and benefit them what you know is very valuable knowledge!
you are right. not many deaf knew what to do in courtroom or understood judge but to follow interpretor s instructions. i often ask interpretor to interp all way not just when they call their name. so that way they understand what s it all about for each cases.
